Abstract

Manajeman proses adalah suatu hal pertama yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam melakukan sesuatu didalam lembaga pendidikan maupun didalam pemerintahan, karna manajeman proses adalah semua hal program-program yang ada dilembaga itu, dieksekusi agar lembaga pendidikan bisa berproses dengan baik dan bisa bersaing dengan lembaga yang ada diluar. Manajeman proses itu sangat perlu sebuah perbaikan dalam lembaga pendidikan, agar lembaga bisa berjalan dengan efektif. Manajeman proses sesuatu yang sangat menonjol disebuah organisasi maka dari itu manajeman proses sangatlah berperan dalam memproses sebuah lembaga ataupun sebuah organisai maupun di pemerintahan. Kata kunci: manajemen proses, lembaga pendidikan, manajemen islam, strategi manajemen, perbaikan manajemen.
