Abstract

Transformasi digital merupakan suatu hal yang dianggap sebagai penyelamat untuk banyak perusahaan. Namun, hal itu bukan solusi satu-satunya untuk perusahaan. Pada makalah ini, dibahas mengenai hal-hal apa saja yang perlu diperhatikan ketika perusahaan akan mengaplikasikan transformasi digital pada bisnisnya sehingga perusahaan dapat mengelola transformasi digital dengan baik dan benar. Dengan begitu, perusahaan akan dapat merasakan manfaat yang positif ketika transformasi digital diaplikasikan dengan sukses. Makalah ini ditulis dengan cara melakukan tinjauan literatur di mana penulis mengumpulkan dan menganalisis beberapa jurnal. Secara umum, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan transformasi digital merupakan hal yang penting untuk kesuksesan dan ketahanan perusahaan.
