Metode Sosialisasi Produk Pada Rumah Zakat Cabang Makassar

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi sosialisasi produk (program) pada RZ Cabang Makassar serta bagaimana penerapannya pada masyarakat Kota Makassar dan kendala-kendala yang dihadapinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional (LAZNAS) RZ Cabang Makassar dalam melakukan sosialisasi produk/program pada masyarakat, menggunakan metode-metode adaptasi (face to face) langsung dengan masyarakat. Adapun kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi sosialisasi produk (program) adalah sering terlambatnya dana zakat yang terkumpul dari muzakki dan masalah SDM Relawan sebagai pionir kreativitas RZ Cabang Makassar.
