Abstract

Buku ajar hukum dagang adalah buku yang bisa dijadikan referensi untuk pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada mata kuliah hukum dagang maupun sebagai bahan bacaan bagi akademisi dan pihak-pihak terkait dimana buku ini membahas tentang pengantar hukum dagang, prinsip umum yang berlaku pada semua kasus, perusahaan, usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM), dan penjualan barang. Di dalam buku ini akan dijelaskan secara detail mulai dari Konsep Pengertian Hukum Dagang, Sumber-sumber Hukum Dagang, Sejarah Hukum Dagang, Tujuan Hukum Dagang, Prinsip Umum Kontrak, Agen, Kemitraan, Korporasi, Garansi atau Penjaminan, Definisi perusahaan, Fitur Perusahaan, Macam-macam perusahaan, Kepribadian Perusahaan, Perusahaan Sebagai Bagian Masyarakat dan masih banyak lagi berkaitan dengan materi hukum dagang lainnya.
