Abstract

Kekuasaan atau power berarti suatu kemampuan untuk memengaruhi orang atau merubah orang atau situasi. Wewenang merupakan dasar untuk bertindak, berbuat, dan melakukan kegiatan/aktivitas dalam suatu perusahaan. Tanggung jawab adalah keharusan untuk melakukan semua kewajiban/tugas-tugas yang dibebankan kepadanya sebagai akibat dari wewenang yang diterima atau dimilikinya.
