Abstract

Faktor Personal dalam melakukan pelayanan publik masih merupakan faktor yang sangat penting, dan banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja dari individu pegawai. Kompetensi pegawai dengan kualifikasi non teknis merupakan salah satu kendala dalam pelayanann korespondensi kepada pelanggan di BPMB Kementerian perdagangan. Hasil diagnosis kebutuhan organisasi menunjukkan bahwa salah satu hal krusial dalam pelayanan korespondensi tersebut adalah belum adanya sistem yang memudahkan dalam melakukan pelayanan. Metodologi dalam kajian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan dengan adanya inovasi SUPENI ini pegawai menjadi lebih mudah dalam berkorespondensi dengan pelanggan sehingga pelayanan publik dapat dilakukan secara lebih efektif dan efisien.
