Mô hình phát triển du lịch MICE tại Việt Nam từ các nhân tố nguồn lực

Abstract

Nghiên cứu tìm hiểu các nhân tố chủ yếu ảnh hưởng đến sự phát triển du lịch MICE tại Việt Nam thông qua việc xác định được các bên liên quan. Dựa trên nền tảng các lý thuyết nghiên cứu về du lịch MICE và thực trạng hoạt động tại Việt Nam, nghiên cứu đã luận giải các mối quan hệ để tạo nên sự phát triển du lịch MICE. Kết quả cho thấy, sự phát triển du lịch MICE chịu sự tác động của điểm đến MICE và điểm đến MICE chịu tác động bởi 4 thành phần: (1) Nhà tổ chức; (2) Du khách MICE; (3) Nhà cung cấp; (4) Các tổ chức chuyên nghiệp. Một mô hình nghiên cứu sự phát triển du lịch MICE được đề xuất và một số kiến nghị đề xuất cho các nhà quản lý và các tổ chức kinh doanh du lịch MICE của Việt Nam.
