Abstract

Dalam setiap organisasi pasti memiliki permasalahan, terutama yang berkaitan dengan manajemen. Untuk dapat menyelesaikan masalah tersebut peneliti akan meneliti tentang fungsi dan tujuan pengambilan keputusan, cara mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan, dan proses pengambilan keputusan yang di lakukan oleh pemimpin. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumouan data menggunakan, wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, triangulasi. Dengan hasil penelitian pengambilan keputusan sangat penting untuk menentukan kriteria karyawan yang sesuai dengan standart perusahaan untuk memperlancar tercapainya tujuan perusahaan.
