Abstract

Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan customer service dalam memberikan pelayanan terhadap nasabah dan juga untuk mengetahui aktivitas yang dilakukan dalam memberikan pelayanan terhadap nasabah di Bank Syari’ah Mandiri. Untuk menganalisa data penelitian, penulis menggunakan analisa deskriptif, terhadap peranan customer service dalam meningkatkan pelayanan nasabah di PT. Bank Syari’ah Mandiri Cabang Bandar Buat Padang. Peranan seorang customer service dalam meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap nasabah di Bank Syari’ah Mandiri Cabang Bandar Buat Padang. a) Selalu memfokuskan layanan yang terbaik untuk nasabah dan mempromosikan produk – produk yang ada di Bank Syari’ah Mandiri. b) Mengenali apa yang menjadi kebutuhan bagi seorang nasabah dan selalu menyampaikan dengan sikap yang positif. c) Membantu para nasabah dalam pembukaan dan penutupan rekening. d) Mempertahankan nasabah lama agar tetap setia menjadi nasabah bank melalui pembinaan hubungan yang lebih akrab dengan nasabah. e) Selalu berusaha untuk mendapatkan nasabah baru, melalui berbagai pendekatan misalnya meyakinkan nasabah tentang kualitas produk yang diberikan oleh BSM.
