Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh Pelayanan jasa Pada kantor PDAM Saumlaki Kabupaten Maluku Tengga Barat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasaan Pelanggan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pelanggan PDAM Saumlaki Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara Barat, Tenik pengambilan sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Rumus Sloving dengan kriteria, Variabel Independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Pelayanan Jasa sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Kepuasan Pelanggan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuisioner, wawancara,observasi. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diuji dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas, serta pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pelayanan Jasa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Kata Kunci : Pelayanan jasa, Kepuasan Pelanggan
