Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur penyelesaian kredit bermasalahan yang dilakukan oleh Bank Nagari Cabang Solok Selatan. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif sebagai metode penelitian yang menjelaskan secara deskriptif mengenai uraian data secara sistematis dari fakta-fakta yang didapat kemudian dihubungkan dengan aktivitas penyelesaian kredit pada Bank Nagari Cabang Solok Selatan. Hasil penelitian 1) Memberikan keringanan pembayaran bunga. 2) Keringanan tunggakan pokok. 3) Mendesak debitur untuk melakukan sendiri penjualan agunan.
