Nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh của Vietinbank – chi nhánh Quảng Trị

Abstract

Nghiên cứu này nhằm nhận dạng các yếu tố quan trọng ảnh hưởng đến năng lực cạnh tranh của Ngân hàng thương mại cổ phần Công thương Việt Nam (VietinBank) – chi nhánh Quảng Trị, thông qua phỏng vấn 249 khách hàng đã từng có giao dịch với chi nhánh. Phương pháp phân tích cạnh tranh bằng mô hình IFE, EFE, QSPM, SWOT kết hợp với phân tích giá trị trung bình của các biến quan sát. Kết quả cho thấy có 5 yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến năng lực cạnh tranh của VietinBank – chi nhánh Quảng Trị: (1) Năng lực mạng lưới phân phối, (2) Năng lực sản phẩm và thị phần, (3) Năng lực nhân viên, (4) Năng lực đáp ứng nhu cầu khách hàng, (5) Năng lực quản trị. Kết quả nghiên cứu này hy vọng sẽ giúp cho các nhà quản lý có những quyết định phù hợp nhằm nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh của VietinBank – chi nhánh Quảng Trị.
