Abstract

Sociolla atau PT. Sociolla Ritel Indonesia merupakan sebuah perusahaan retail lokal Indonesia pada bidang kecantikan. Pada tahun 2015 Sociolla memulai bisnisnya melalui perantara online yaitu website dan aplikasi dengan menjual berbagai produk kecantikan. Pada tahun 2019 Sociolla melebarkan ranah penjualannya dengan mendirikan offline store yang bernama Sociolla Store. Beberapa konsumen sudah sering berinteraksi dengan perusahaan ini. Sociolla merupakan perusahaan retail produk kecantikan yang banyak diminati serta cukup lengkap sehingga menarik untuk mengangkat pembahasan mengenai bisnis model milik Sociolla.
