Abstract

Menurut teori yang dikemukakan oleh Keynes yang merupakan sebuah pengembangan teori klasik, menyatakan bahwa permintaan uang berdasarkan kepadamotif orang yang memegang uang. Teori klasik itu menyatakan bahwasannya pemengang uang merupakan sesuatu yang bertujuan untuk transaksi saja. Dalam ekonomi Islam, fungsi uang yang diakui hanya sebagai alat tukar, medium of exchange, unit of account.
