Abstract

Business plan merupakan tulisan yang menggambarkan bisnis kita seperti strategi pemasaran dan penjualan, kondisi keuangan, strategi dan lainnya. Salah satu keuntungan besar dari menguraikan posisi strategis adalah memberi kita arahan saat membuat keputusan bisnis. Posisi strategis yang digambarkan dengan baik memengaruhi hampir setiap aspek bisnis kita. Tanpa business plan, bisnis akan berjalan tanpa arah dan tidak beraturan karena tidak ada pedoman ataupun target yang ingin dicapai.
