Abstract

В статье рассматривается контроль бюджетирования организации. Определены и описаны основные пять этапов контроля бюджетирования, к которым относятся: определение фактического финансового положения организации, сравнение фактического и планового бюджетов, расчет отклонений, установление причин возникновения отклонений, принятие мер по контролю и исправлению бюджета. The article discusses the control of the organization’s budgeting. The main five stages of budgeting control are defined and described, which include: determining the actual financial position of the organization, comparing the actual and planned budgets, calculating deviations, establishing the causes of deviations, taking measures to control and correct the budget.
