Abstract

Jual beli merupakan aktivitas muamalah menukar sesuatu dengan sesuatu yang diinginkan dan bernilai sepadan melalui cara tertentu yang bermanfaat, Islam memandang jual beli sebagai sarana tolong-menolong antar sesama manusia untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya yang tanpa batas dengan keterbatasan sumber daya yang ada, Oleh karena itu penelitian ini mengenai Sistem jual beli bai'bi al taqsith (Kredit) dalam pandangan kajian disiplin ilmu fiqih yang berlandaskan syariat Islam secara benar dan penataan terhadap mekanisme pelaksanaannya yang terjadi pada lembaga keuangan Islam non bank,
