Abstract

Setiap usaha sangat memerlukan modal untuk mencapai hasil yang diinginkan. tanpa adanya modal aktivitas usaha tidak dapat berjalan dengan baik. besar kecilnya lapangan usaha termasuk koperasi juga tergantung pada besar kecilnya modal yang dapat dihimpun. Peranan modal tersebut menjadi sedemikian penting, karna tanpa modal yang cukup maka usaha yang dijalankan oleh suatu badan usaha tidak dapat berjalan dengan lancar.
