Abstract

Koperasi merupakan usaha bersama dari sekolompok orang yang mempunyai kepentingan yang sama dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggotanya. Tujuan koperasi sebagai perusahaan atau badan usaha bukan semata-semata hanya pada orientasi laba, melainkan juga pada orientasi manfaat . Koperasi pun terbagi dari beberapa jenis dan bentuk yang akan penulis jelaskan dalam pembahasan makalah. Seperti koperasi konsumen, koperasi produsen, koperasi jasa, koperasi simpan pinjam, dan koperasi pemasaran. Adapun bentuk-bentuk koperasi yaitu bentuk koperasi primer dan koperasi primer. Kemudian ada dua cara atau sistem yang dapat digunakan dalam penjenjangan koperasi, yaitu sistem federasi dan sistem
