Abstract

Nhìn chung, Quỹ tiền tệ quốc tế (IMF) và các tổ chức tài chính - ngân hàng hàng đầu trên thế giới đều đưa ra nhận định lạc quan về triển vọng tăng trưởng kinh tế nói chung và tăng trưởng GDP của Việt Nam nói riêng. Trong thời kỳ dịch bệnh Covid-19 với nhiều khó khăn và thách thức, tuy mức tăng trưởng GDP của năm 2020 và 2021 so với những năm trước (đặc biệt là năm 2019 - một năm trước khi đại dịch bùng phát) giảm mạnh nhưng vẫn giữ được tăng trưởng dương, thuộc nhóm cao nhất thế giới
