Analisis Struktur Aktiva, Net Profit Margin, Dan Current Ratio Terhadap Capital Structure Pada Perusahaan Go Publik Di Bursa Efek Indonesia

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur aktiva, net profit margin, dan current ratio terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regressi berganda. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia, periode pengumpulan data adalah tahun 2013-2015. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara serempak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara struktur aktiva, net profit margin dan current ratio terhadap struktur modal. Fakta lain yang ditemukan adalah bahwa secara parsial struktur aktiva, net profit margin dan current ratio semuanya negative signifikan berhubungan dengan struktur modal.
