Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Wali Nagari Gurun Panjang Di Kecamatan Bayang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk:1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, 3) Untuk mengetahui kompetensi pegawai dan kepuasan kerja pegawai secara bersama–sama terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis enelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di kantor wali nagari Gurun Panjang Kecamatan Bayang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 42 orang pegawai. Teknik analisis data adalah teknik analisis data kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh koefisien kontribusi kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 36,80%. Dari uji analisis data didapatkan bahwa data normal, linier, tidak mengalami multikolinieritas, heterokedastisitas dan auto korelasi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, maka H0 pada hipotesis pertama diterima, selanjutnya pada hipotesis kedua H1 diterima. Sedangkan pada hipotesis ketiga H1 diterima, yang berarti bahwa kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor Wali Nagari Gurun Panjang Kecamatan Bayang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan.
