Implementasi Tugas Pokok Dan Fungsi Bagian Urusan Administrasi Dan Tata Usaha Pada Direktorat Reserse Narkoba Polda Lampung

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penulisan ini adalah bagaimana implementasi tugas pokok dan fungsi Bagian Urusan Administrasi dan Tata Usaha pada Direktorat Reserse Narkoba Polda Lampung dan Apa sajakah aspek yang menghambat dalam implementasi tugas pokok dan fungsi Bagian Urusan Administrasi dan Tata Usaha pada Direktorat Reserse Narkoba Polda Lampung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui pendekatan metode penelitian kualitatif. Proses analisis data kualitatif dilakukan dengan tahap reduksi data, penyajian data (display) dan menarik kesimpulan (verifikasi). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat dirumuskan kesimpulan bahwa implementasi tugas pokok dan fungsi Bagian Urusan Administrasi dan Tata Usaha pada Direktorat Reserse Narkoba Polda Lampung sudah efektif dalam rangka pelaksanaan tugas sesuai dengan bagian masing-masing dan aspek yang menghambat dalam implementasi tugas pokok dan fungsi Bagian Urusan Administrasi dan Tata Usaha pada Direktorat Reserse Narkoba Polda Lampung antara lain struktur organisasi, sumber daya manusia, dana operasional, lokasi, fasilitas yang dimiliki, integritas seluruh pegawai dan integritas kepemimpinan, kurangnya sumber daya manusia pegawai dalam bidang Iptek serta terbatasnya pendanaan yang dialokasikan untuk pelaksanaan tugas pokok dan fungsi.
