Abstract

Dibalik sebuah perusahaan yang besar dan sukses pasti ada tata kelola baik yang dilakukan, salah satu caranya adalah dengan memiliki budaya perusahaan yang baik dan kuat, sudah dibuktikan dengan riset yang dilakukan oleh James L. Heskett, sebuah budaya yang baik bisa membuat perbedaan sekitar 20-30% dalam performa nya bila dibandingkan dengan sebuah perusahaan yang tidak memiliki budaya perusahaan yang baik. Budaya yang baik juga bisa membantu perusahaan yang kita miliki mencapai persatuan dan pembentukan suatu komunitas yang solid dan juga bisa bersaing lebih baik di tengah persaingan yang sedang terjadi, oleh sebab itu kami akan menjabarkan keenam Corporate Culture yang menurut kami perlu untuk dipahami dan diterapkan dalam suatu perusahaan.
