Abstract

Keberadaan sumber daya manusia memegang peran yang cukup strategis baik secara makro maupun mikro. secara makro peran SDM merupakan factor pendorong utama pertumbuhan ekonomi sedangkan secara mikro human capital merupakan sumber daya utama untuk mendukung daya saing yang berkelanjutan. kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu aspek yang sangat menentukan dalam manajemen, khususnya peningkatan kinerja sumber daya manusia. pemimpin harus memiliki sifat kepribadian seperti vitalitas dan stamina fisik, kecerdasan dan kearifan dalam bertindak, kemauan menerima tanggungjawab, kompeten dalam berhubungan dengan orang lain, kebutuhan untuk berprestasi, mampu memotivasi dan memberi semangat serta mempunyai kemampuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Beberaoa hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik pribadi (Personal Characteristic) kompetensi Individu (Individual Competention) Kemampuan komunikasi pemimpin( Communication Capability of Leader) memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja (Work Satisfaction) dan kinerja karyawan (Performance Of employee)
