Abstract

Buku ini berjudul “Perilaku Konsumen (Tinjauan Kosenptual dan Praktis)” merupakan perpaduan antara pendekatan teoritis dan praktis dengan sistematika penulisan terdiri dari dua belas yang membahas mengenai proses pembentukan perilaku konsumen, pentingnya memahami perilaku konsumen, pengambilan keputusan dalam pembelian, konsep persepsi dan sikap konsumen, loyalitas dan kepuasan konsumen pada produk, (merek, desain produk, dan kualitas produk), afeksi dan kognisi dalam penentuan strategi pemasaran, kepribadian dalam praktik pemasaran, analisis gaya hidup dan psikografis, bauran permasaran dan lintas budaya, pengetahuan produk dan keterlibatan konsumen, dan (karakteristik demografi, ekonomi, sosial konsumen).
