Abstract

Dalam menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0 yang cepat berubah, perusahaan diperlukan adanya menggunakan metode baru yang diterapkan perusahaan dalam melakukan transformasi bisnis, salah satunya adalah transformasi sumber daya manusia. Untuk pengembangan manajemen, karyawan harus mempunyai keterampilan yang unik agar dapat menjalankan operasi pabrik yang cerdas,layanan cerdas dan produk inovatif. Karena diperkirakan sejumlah profesi dan pekerjaan akan hilang dengan digantikan oleh produk kecerdasan buatan melaui otomatisasi.
