Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian Untuk mengetahui lebih dalam bagaimana proses pengelolaan kerupuk merah dalam meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Untuk mengetahui dampak usaha kerupuk merah dalam meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Untuk mengetahui tinjauan ekonomi industri kerupuk merah dalam meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Kegiatan dalam pengabdian ini berbentuk pelatihan Peningkatan Perekonomian Melalui Potesi Kenagarian Khususnya Industri Makanan Ringan Kerupuk Merah, Akabiluru, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat berjalan baik. Pelaku Industri Makanan Ringan Kerupuk Merah, Akabiluru, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota sangat antusias mengikuti pelatihan yang diberikan oleh tim pengabdi terutama berkaitan dengan Manajemen industri kerupuk yang meliputi 4 hal yaitu manajemen permodalan, manajemen bahan baku, manajemen produksi dan manajemen pemasaran.
