Abstract

Film ini menceritakan seorang Ray yang menjadi seorang salesman yang gagal menjual mesin mixer milkshake. Ray Kroc menghabiskan waktunya untuk berkeliling ke sejumlah negara bagian di Amerika Serikat. Kerja kerasnya terbayarkan pada saat ia berhasil memberikan kehidupan yang layak kepada istrinya. Akan tetapi hal tersebut tidak membuat Ray cepat puas. Ray masih berambisi untuk menjadi pebisnis yang sukses. Suatu hari Ray menerima kabar soal restoran drive-in di San Bernardino, California yang memesan mixer milkshake dalam jumlah besar. Pada saat di perjalanan, beliau melihat sebuah restoran drive-in yang Bernama McDonald’s. kemudian beliau berkesempatan untuk bertemu dengan Mac McDonald dan DickMcDonald sebagai pemilik toko burger di California.
