Abstract

Banyak orang mengatakan bahwa mengelolah koperasi adalah lebih sulit daripada mengelolah sebuah perusahaan terbatas. Pernyataan tersebut tentunya di ucapkan tanpa alasan, karena koperasi mempunyai ciri ganda yaitu merupakan suatu organisasi ekonomi yang berwatak sosial sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam Undang-Undang No. 12/67 tentang pokok-pokok perkoperasian dan Undang-undang No. 25/1992 tentang perkoperasian, dimana dalam Undang-Undang yang pertama unsur sosial dinyatakan secara eksplisit, sedangkan dalam Undang-Undang yang kedua tidak disebut secara eksplisit.
