Gaya Kepemimpinan Pada Hotel Best Western Surabaya

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh Hotel Best Western Surabaya dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif gaya kepemimpinan pada kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 karyawan Hotel Best Western Surabaya. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan 70 Responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang digunakan oleh Hotel Best Western Surabaya adalah gaya kepemimpinan demokrasi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pada Hotel Best Western Surabaya.
