Abstract

This research was conducted at Abhayagiri Restaurant Yogyakarta, the purpose of this research is to know what factors that influence customer satisfaction at Abhayagiri Restaurant Yogyakarta. In determining the level of customer satisfaction, there are five main factors that must be considered by the company that is product quality, service quality, emotional, price and cost. Customer satisfaction (costumer statisfaction) is the most important thing to be achieved in a service. This is because if customers are not satisfied with the services that have been given, it does not close the possibility of customers trying to measure customer satisfaction agat can know in detail what variables in a service that can make customers feel dissatisfied.
