Hệ thống đánh giá kết quả thực hiện của nhân viên Vietinbank Bình Dương

Abstract

Nghiên cứu này nhằm phân tích hệ thống đánh giá kết quả thực hiện của nhân viên Vietinbank Bình Dương, bằng việc khảo sát 60 nhân viên tại Chi nhánh. Phương pháp phân tích thống kê, đối chiếu so sánh được sử dụng. Kết quả cho thấy mặc dù đã có nhiều tiến bộ, vẫn còn một số vấn đề trong hệ thống đánh giá kết quả thực hiện của nhân viên Vietinbank Bình Dương. Từ đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất mức độ ưu tiên giải quyết các vấn đề còn tồn tại và các giải pháp đến Ban lãnh đạo nhằm hoàn thiện công tác đánh giá kết quả thực hiện công việc của nhân viên Vietinbank Bình Dương.
