Abstract

Intelijen pemasaran merupakan salah satu strategi yang dapat digunakan perusahaan/organisasi untuk mendapatkan informasi pasar terutama konsumen dan persaingan. Strategi ini memfokuskan pada kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen serta posisioning pesaing dan strategi yang digunakan pesaing. Perusahaan/organisasi yang mampu mengendalikan pasar (market driven) adalah merupakan perusahaan/organisasi memenangkan persaingan. Untuk itu perusahaan berupaya untuk mendapatkan informasi sebanyak dan secepat mungkin tentang kondisi pasar.
