Abstract

Pelayanan diartikan sebagai kemudahan yang diberikan sehubungan dengan jual beli barang atau jasa, adapun Pelayanan karyawan adalah pekerjaan berupa melakukan sesuatu bagi pelanggan tetapi tidak menghasilkan barang. Pada dasarnya sistem pelayanan dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu dengan sistem pelayanan antrian dan system pelayanan online. Kepuasan pada konsumen itu Sendiri Sangatlah penting untuk di perhatikan. Jika konsumen merasa Kebutuhannya dapat terpenuhi atau mampu Melebihi yang diperkirakan maka semakin Tinggi juga minat konsumen akan Meningkat. Oleh karena itu kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh untuk Meningkatkan minat menjadi nasabah bank Syariah. Dalam perbankan syariah pun kita harus memerhatikan adanya etika. Etika dalam ajaran Islam menuntun seluruh aspek perilaku kehidupan manusia, hampir setiap individu berhadapan dengan berbagai permasalahan etis baik menjalankan bisnis ataupun menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari.
