Kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi Konsekuensinya Pada Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kapasitas sumber daya manusia dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi konsekuensinya pada kinerja karyawan Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Makassar Utara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada 93 orang karyawan, hasil analisis regresi memberikan bukti bahwa Kapasitas sumber daya manusia yang tinggi di akibatkan oleh perilaku etika kerja karyawan yang baik berarah positif dan nyata dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang ditunjukkan melalui respons yang cepat dari karyawan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan kerja sehingga hasil kerja karyawan yang berkualitas. Fakta lainnya menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi oleh karyawan yang ditunjukkan melalui tidak adanya tenaga ahli yang digunakan dalam membantu penyelesaian pekerjaan memiliki arah yang berlawanan dengan kinerja karyawan, sehingga rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi tidak dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang tinggi.
