Abstract

Pendahuluan:Keselamatandankesehatankerjaadalahkegiatanyangdirancang untukmenjamin keselamatan dan kesehatan ditempatkerja.Perawatberisiko terhadapkecelakaandanpenyakitakibatpekerjaan.Tujuanpenelitianinimenganalisis pengaruh faktor predisposing, enabling, reinforcing dan core-care terhadap keselamatandankesehatan kerjapadaperawatdalam penangananpasien.Metode: Penelitianiniexplanatori,desaincrosssectionaldilaksanakandiRSBGKab.Kolaka. Pengambilan sampelproporsionalrandom (consecutive sampling)berjumlah 100 responden.Variable yangditelitiadalahfaktorpredisposing(pengetahuan,sikap, kepercayaan dan nilai),faktorreinforcing (petugas yang menjadicontoh),faktor enabling(fasilitas,aturan),core(hubunganinterpersonal),care(kepedulian),serta keselamatandankesehatankerja.DatadianalisadenganmenggunakanPartialLeast Square(PLS).Hasil:Faktorpredisposing(pengetahuan,sikap,nilaidankepercayaan) berpengaruhterhadapkeselamatandankesehatankerja(t-htung2,82>t-tabel1,96), faktor reinforcing (petugas yang menjadicontoh) tidak berpengaruh terhadap keselamatandankesehatankerja(t-htung1,098t-tabel1,96), faktorcore,care(hubunganinterpersonal,peduli)berpengaruhterhadapkeselamatan dankesehatankerjapadaperawatdalam penangananpasiendiRSBG Kabupaten Kolaka(t-htung1,963>t-tabel1,96).Diskusi:Pengembanganteoriperilakudangrand teorikeperawatanterhadapkeselamatandankesehatankerjanilaiR-square 39,5% yang berartifaktorpredisposing,enabling,core-care hanya berkontribusi39,5% sedangkan60,5% dipengaruhi olehfaktorlainsehinggadiharapkanpengembangan modelinimasihperluperbaikandanpeningkatan,agarmenjadimodelyangbaik.
