Abstract

kerja sama akan timbul jika individu menyadari bahwa mereka memiliki kepentingan yang sama dan sekaligus memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup serta kesadaran atas diri sendiri untuk memenuhi kepentingan tersebut. Sedangkan Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia mendefinisikan kerja sama sebagai kegiatan atau usaha yang dilakukan oleh beberapa orang (lembaga, pemerintah, dan sebagainya) untuk mencapai tujuan bersama.Dari pengertian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kerja sama adalah keinginan untuk bekerja secara bersama-sama dengan individu lain secara keseluruhan dan menjadi bagian dari kelompok dalam mencapai kepentingan bersama.
