Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) adalah sebuah ilmu atau cara untuk mengatur bagaimana hubungan serta peranan tenaga kerja (sumber daya / objek utama) secara efektif dan efisien sehingga dapat dimaksimalkan untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Sumber daya manusia (SDM) adalah orangorang yang bekerja, berfungsi sebagai aset organisasi atau perusahaan yang dapat dihitung jumlahnya (kuantitatif). Untuk mendapatkan SDM yang memiliki kualitas yang baik maka perlu dikelola, karena jika dikelola maka menjadi investasi bagi perusahaan, didalam SDM yang paling berpengaruh yaitu tenaga kerja. Karena tenaga kerja merupakan faktor utama yang menentukan maju mundurnya suatu perusahaan. Salah satu hal yang penting dalam pengelolaan tenaga kerja yaitu bagaimana cara membagi pekerjaan, waktu kerja dan mengarahkan tenaga kerja sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan.
