Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh pemahaman perpajakan serta kepatuhan membayar pajak usaha pada wajib pajak,serta pengusaha makanan di daerah desa bandung. Di daerah desa bandung ini banyak sekali jenis usaha yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat sekitar ataupun masyarakat pendatang, dimana usaha yang mereka jalankan sebagian besar adalah usaha makanan. Yang mana pendapatan suatu daerah itu sebagian besar berasal dari hasil pemungutan pajak baik pajak pribadi maupun pajak usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan juga informasi data yang digunakan melalui wawancara kepada narasumber atau responden – responden lainnya. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengetahui seberapa tingkat pemahaman dan juga kesadaran masyarakat, terutama pada para pengusaha warung makan di daerah desa bandung mengenai pentingnya wajib pajak dan pembayaran pajak dan juga apabila melanggar patuh terhadap sanksi yang berlaku.
