Động lực làm việc của nhân viên tại ngân hàng TMCP Đầu tư và Phát triển Việt Nam, Chi nhánh Đông Sài Gòn

Abstract

Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm đánh giá các yếu tố tác động đến động lực làm việc của nhân viên tại ngân hàng TMCP Đầu tư và Phát triển Việt Nam (BIDV) Chi nhánh Đông Sài Gòn (DSG), bằng việc khảo sát 150 nhân viên, công cụ Cronbach’s alpha, EFA và phân tích hồi quy bội được sử dụng. Kết quả đã đưa ra được mô hình sáu (06) yếu tố có tác động dương đến Động lực làm việc, sắp theo thứ tự giảm dần: Phát triển và cơ hội thăng tiến, Điều kiện làm việc, Sự hỗ trợ của lãnh đạo, Lương thưởng và phúc lợi, Quan hệ với đồng nghiệp, Thương hiệu. Nghiên cứu cũng cho thấy không có sự khác biệt về giới tính, độ tuổi và trình độ về động lực làm việc của nhân viên; có sự khác biệt về động lực làm việc giữa các nhóm thu nhập khác nhau và vị trí chức vụ khác nhau.. Từ đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất các giải pháp đến Lãnh đạo chi nhánh nhằm nâng cao động lực làm việc của nhân viên.
