Abstract

Buku berjudul “Pengantar Hukum Bisnis Logistik” ini dirancang berdasarkan kurikulum terbaru dengan menekankan pada aspek bisnis perusahaan, logistik bisnis, dan akuntansi dengan harapan bahwa para pembaca dapat mempunyai gambaran tentang sebagian aspek-aspek dari hukum bisnis pada umumnya dan juga pemahaman awal tentang hukum bisnis jasa perposan dan logistik. Jika berbicara tentang aspek-aspek hukum bisnis sesungguhnya pembahasannya akan sangat luas, karena ruang jelajah hukum bisnis dapat meliputi berbagai ragam antara lain mulai dari bidang yang masih tergolong konvensional misalnya tentang kontrak, perusahaan, surat berharga, Hak atas Kekayaan Intelektual (HAKI), asuransi, perpajakan dan lain-lain sampai kepada bidang popular, seperti merger, akuisisi, anti monopoli, perlindungan konsumen, elektronik transfer, e-commerce dll. Namun demikian buku ajar ini dirancang semaksimal mungkin untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mahasiswa yang tentunya akan membantu pencapaian target kurikulum secara keseluruhan.
