Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaan operasional suatu perusahaan atau organisasi, komunikasi merupakan hal yang penting dalam rangka menjaga keunggulan dalam melakukan perdagangan atau latihan perdagangan yang kompetitif. Komunikasi juga dapat menawarkan bantuan menyampaikan informasi tentang barang, biaya, dll. Atau dapat juga disebut latihan promosi. Keuntungan lain yang harus dimiliki oleh pekerja adalah kerjasama yang baik dengan perwakilan individu atau pihak luar (kerjasama). Hal ini sering diperlukan karena akan menghasilkan energi kooperatif dari setiap orang untuk terhubung, sehingga akan membingkai sebuah kelompok. Kolaborasi juga merupakan kunci atau perhitungan kemenangan bagi suatu perusahaan atau organisasi karena setiap orang memiliki kompetensi yang dimilikinya, sehingga kolaborasi akan saling melengkapi.
