Abstract

Analisis laporan keuangan berkaitan erat dengan bidang akuntansi. Laporan keuangan yang disusun oleh suatu perusahaan dapat digunakan sebagai alat pengambilan keputusan manajerial internal maupun bagi pihak eksternal perusahaan. Laporan keuangan perusahaan dapat dianalisis menggunakan beberapa rasio keuangan, dengan adanya analisis laporan keuangan tersebut dapat diketahui keadaan dan perkembangan perusahaan yang telah dicapai oleh perusahaan diwaktu yang lalu maupun diwaktu yang sedang berjalan baik itu badan usaha swasta maupun badan usaha milik negara. Laporan keuangan yang telah dianalisis tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai dana pembantu untuk pengambilan keputusan manajerial perusahaan. Analisis laporan keuangan pada dasarnya untuk mengetahui juga mengevaluasi suatu laporan keuangan perusahaan untuk memprediksi kondisi kinerja keuangan perusahaan dimana yang akan datang juga bertujuan untuk memberikan pertimbangan yang lebih bagi perusahaan dengan tingkat profitabilitas dan tingkat resikonya. Analisa laporan keuangan merupakan proses yang penuh pertimbangan dalam rangka membantu mengevalusi posisi keuangan dan hasil operasi perusahaan pada masa sekarang dan masa lalu, dengan tujuan untuk menentukan estimasi dan prediksi yang paling mungkin mengenai kondisi dan kinerja perusahaan pada masa mendatang. Analisis laporan keuangan memiliki bentuk-bentuk dalam melakukan pengukuran yaitu, metode Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Aktivitas, Rasio Solvabilitas, Rasio Profitabilitas, Dan Rasio Investasi.
