Về ý định tham gia các hoạt động tình nguyện của sinh viên Trường Đại học Hùng Vương

Abstract

Bài nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm xác định và đo lường các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến ý định tham gia các hoạt động tình nguyện (HĐTN) của sinh viên Trường Đại học Hùng Vương Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (TPHCM), thông qua khảo sát 327 sinh viên. Kiểm định Cronbach’s alpha, phân tích nhân tố khám phá (EFA), phân tích tương quan Pearson và phân tích hồi quy bội được sử dụng. Kết quả cho thấy có 8 nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến ý định tham gia HĐTN của sinh viên, sắp sếp theo thứ tự quan trọng giảm dần: Liên hệ giữa các cá nhân; Cải tiến; Nghề nghiệp; Giá trị; Xã hội; Hiệu quả truyền thông; Hiểu biết; Bảo vệ. Từ đó, nghiên cứu cũng đề xuất một số hàm ý quản trị nhằm góp phần gia tăng ý định tham gia HĐTN của sinh viên tại Trường Đại học Hùng Vương TPHCM.
