Abstract

Dựa trên việc khảo sát 207 doanh nghiệp đang đầu tư trên địa bàn tỉnh Long An. Trong nghiên cứu này, dựa trên kết quả lược khảo của các nghiên cứu trước, tác giả đã đề xuất mô hình nghiên cứu xem xét sự tác động của ứng dụng du lịch thông minh, chất lượng thông tin, hình ảnh nhận thức, hình ảnh cảm xúc đến thái độ. Hơn thế, tác giả sử dụng phương pháp phân tích và kiểm định mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính (SEM) với sự hỗ trợ của công cụ SmartSPL3.0. Kết quả cho thấy: (1) ứng dụng du lịch thông minh đã ảnh hưởng mạnh đến chất lượng thông tin; (2) Chất lượng thông tin đã ảnh hưởng khá mạnh đến hình ảnh nhận thức; (3) Chất lượng thông tin đã có ảnh hưởng vừa đến hình ảnh cảm xúc; (4) Ứng dụng du lịch thông minh đã ảnh hưởng mạnh đến nhận thức); (5) Hình ảnh cảm xúc đến thái độ ở mức trung bình. Ngoài ra, trong nghiên cứu này chưa tìm thấy mối quan hệ giữa hình ảnh nhận thức và thái độ.
