Abstract

Menurut UU No 17 Tahun 2012, koperasi merupakan badan aturan yang didirikan perseorangan atau badan aturan koperasi, menggunakan pemisahan kekayaan para anggotanya menjadi kapital buat menjalankan bisnis, yang memnuhi aspirasi dan kebutuhan beserta pada bidang ekonomi,sosia, dan budaya sinkron nilai dan prinsip koperasi. Pengertian koperasi secara generik merupakan suatu serikat yang beranggotakan orang-orang atau badan aturan, yg menaruh kebebasan pada anggota buat bergabung, menggunakan bekerja sama secara kekeluargaan, dan menjalankan bisnis buat menaikkan kesejahteraan, khususnya para anggotanya (Sumarsono, 2003, ) Sementara, koperasi syariah bisa didefinisikan menjadi bisnis ekonomi yang terorganisir secara mantap, demokratis, otonom partisipatif, dan berwataksosial yg operasionalnya memakai prinsipprinsip yg mengusung etika moral menggunakan memperhatikan halal atau haramnya sebuah bisnis yang dijalankannya sebagaimana diajarkan pada kepercayaan Islam (Buchori, 2012, )
