Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perdangangan yang ditinjau dari nilai-nilai moral Islam, yang di mana dipasar terdapat dua pelaku penjual dan pembeli dan juga bertujuan untuk memperbaiki sistem dan kerjasama antara elemen dunia usaha, masyarakat dan pemerintah dalam menentukan nilai islam berdasarkan dalam Al-Qur’an An nisa 29. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian keperpustakaan {Library research}dengan metide penelitian maudhu’i dan [tematik] dan metode penafsiran tahlili{analitik}, berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa konsep berdagang dalam islam harus dilandaskan dengan prinsip yang sesuai dalam islam berdagang dengan cara halal, jujur dan amanah dan juga harus menfgedepankan ketaqwaan, keadilan dan kebaikan memelihara syiar islam.
