Abstract

Salah satu upaya peningkatan sumber daya manusia khususnya dalam pendidikan perguruan tinggi adalah program magang. Ini dimaksudkan untuk mendukung tercapainya kompetensi sarjana yang mampu menganalisis setiap permasalahan di bidangnya, maupun melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi di seluruh bidang dan kegiatan administrasi negara dan pemerintahan, dan mampu mengatasi serta mencari solusi dari berbagai permasalahan administrasi negara dan pemerintahan. Dengan magang mahasiswa dapat mempraktekkan ilmu-ilmu yang didapatkan di bangku kuliah sebelum ia benar-benar terjun ke dunia kerja
