Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepribadian, komitmen organisasional, budaya organisasi, Terhadap OCB dan dampaknya pada kinerja dosen di universitas sulawesi barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskrtiptive yang dilakukan terhadap dosen dari 7 (tujuh) di Universitas Sulawesi Barat. 137 sampel diambil secara roporsional dari 7 (tujuh) fakultas menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Data di analiisis dengan struktural model persamaan menggunakan SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepribadian, komitmen organisasional dan budaya terhadap OCB secara langsung . sedangkan Hubungan antara komitmen organisasi dengan OCB tidak signifikan. 2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepribadian terhadap kinerja, sedangkan komitmen organisasional, budaya organisasi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen secara langsung. 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan OCB terhadap kinerja secara langsung. 4) terdapat pengaruh secara tidak langsung antara Kepribadian, komitmen organsisaional, budaya organisasi melalui OCB dosen Universitas sulawesi Barat
